I took my vehicle to have it washed at this location I came straight home to clean out the inside of my vehicle, got out and came around to the passenger side of my vehicle and there is damage on the passenger side of my truck.

I think the sensors are broken, I’m very upset. The whole wash my car was literally being rocked back and forth. Afterwards I got out to check for any damages and my paint has been literally ripped off in one spot and I’ve got other paint damages everywhere else now. Get it fixed

BE WARNED THIS CAR WASH WILL BREAK OFF YOUR REAR WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADE AND YOU WILL HAVE TO REPLACE IT YOURSELF. THEY TEAR UP YOUR VEHICLE AND YOU HAVE TO FIX IT. $18 wash turns into a $70 repair

Used this place 2 times both times having an issue .after the first time I figured let’s give it another shot tings happen and I believe in second chances but….
the second time after paying for a wash I put in a $20 bill for a $12 wash in return I received $1 back and then it said $7 not able to dispense. So I got in contact with someone and they said I can offer u an $18 was in return.
What kinda nonsense is this and how many others had this done to make more money! I paid for a service and wanted my change. I surely don’t want another wash because the car windows looked worse after coming out smudged. What a scam ! And there isn’t anyone who can say differently.waiting for my change and won’t be using this place again!. Will be back in touch. People should always be able to use legal tender and be able to get change back in this country. I couldn’t go through your business and pay you a dollar and say oh I’ll give u the money next time or I’ll give u something else in return. What should have been offer was my change an apology and a free wash which could go to someone else for all I care but that’s how u handle these types of issues. I guarantee others have gone through this as well

The vacuum is expensive and doesn't work well. There is also no trash cans provided for trash.

The wash itself does a halfway decent job but still leaves my car dirty in places on the Premium wash and just flat out isn’t worth the extra money. No option to cancel the monthly car wash club subscription in the app, and no one answers the 855-number when you call. I called several times over the last few weeks leading up to this review, hoping to speak with someone but no one ever picks up it just goes to voicemail. It’s a glorified answering machine #, not a customer service line. So I left a message after the final call and then made this review.

Ripped driver side mirror on my old car and paid for $18 car wash for my new Tesla and came out dirty with bugs that I could wipe off easily with my finger.

Never been to an Auto wash that rips the bumper off your car. I would not recommend under any circumstance. I cannot understand how even a “soft brush” Auto wash would be capable of this. I will be reaching out to the owner.

BEWARE OF THIS CAR WASH…as you will not get what you paid for. I took my Mercedes car and paid $15.00 and this included wheel blasting. After driving out and parking my car the wheels were just as dirty as they were before it washed my car. I called the owner to address the issue and he gave every excuse possible that the wheels are supposed to be hand washed before you take it to the car wash and asked what kind of car I had. Does it even matter on the type of car that I have and does this make a difference on what I paid for? Are you kidding me? I also noticed that this car wash has the strong huge heavy roller brushes that go over your car and then the rinse cycle and this is it. Most car washes have the different cycles that you pay for such as foam, rainex tire cleaning, etc and you see what you are getting. If you encounter a problem at Laser Car Wash or lose your money the Manager will refund your money with no questions asked and actually you see what you are paying for with less money and a better job. I decided to try Sylva car wash but after this hateful Managers response I will “NEVER” use his car wash again. This may be why you hardly I ever see anyone at the car wash and most people go to Laser car wash!!! This Manager was so rude and actually told me that he doesn’t care if I ever use his car wash again. SHAME ON YOU AS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF AND VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS. BUT NO WORRIES AS I AM GOING TO WARN PEOPLE NOT T0 USE YOUR CAR WASH AND WILL POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA AS WELL!!!!!!
