INCREDIBLE SERVICE FROM AARON HATFIELD!
We were very fortunate to have Aaron Hatfield as our sales representative. We were purchasing 3 phones and transferring information to each phone. Simple right? Well, it should have been, but Spectrum gave us wrong information with the transfer PIN number. That is a long story.
However, despite that debacle….Aaron just acted like it was a little bump in the road. He immediately took charge of the situation with patience, professionalism, and a clear understanding of what needed to be done. In addition, he walked us through each step, solved every issue we encountered and made what could’ve been a frustrating process feel smooth and stress-free.
I felt sorry for Aaron because he stayed well over the time he was supposed to leave, but he was unfazed by that. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to customer service, and we were extremely grateful.
Thank you, Aaron for all you did to get this accomplished in the same day (since Spectrum messed us up so bad) and preventing us from having to come back. You helped save our vacation! They are lucky to have you!

We had a really nice and helpful gentleman assistant us with our purchase of 2 phones . We would highly recommend Michael, he wasn’t in a hurry and made sure we got the best deal available.

Excellent service at the Sylva NC location, Jessica helped our business get our lines set up, and internet with ease and discounts. Customer service on the main Verizon phone was rude as H*** but that was corrected and she was able to get everything exactly how we wanted. 911 BAIL BONDS Jackson county give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you.

Lies lies and more lies. No nametag salesman signed me up for "perks" (netflix etc.) that I did not ask for, for an extra $20/month. Told me he was moving me to a different plan that would be slightly cheaper, instead it was the same plan, but $20 more because of added nonsense. Claimed that buying a phone outright costs $100 extra versus signing up for a payment plan (???) probably because there's some kind of commission for signing people up for those.
