“The facility was pristine, had a cute little coffee bar, and the staff was AMAZING!!!!!! Patient, understanding, explained everything... But not overly where you feel stupid. One HUGE thing was our puppy was 1 day early for her second shots and instead of being like "it's just one day, should be ok." Instead they wanted to be safe and make sure our furrbaby didn't have any reactions, so go back next week for her shotsand they did NOT use this to their advantage to overcharge us, like some businesses would do. “Overall, I think the hospital does a good job with what they have to work with. I do wish the front desk people would acknowledge people a little bit faster when they walk in and at times I feel like the customers are seen as an inconvenience when they’re trying to do other things. The doctors themselves are awesome however.”

Having multiple pets with multiple providers over the years, it is no exaggeration that this is hands down the best provider we have ever experienced. Our beloved dog was sick and dying and Dr. Matt and the staff were so supportive throughout, even after his passing. He went through all options and it is clear that he makes recommendations on what is best for your pet and family, rather than what makes them the most money. This experience made all the difference in the world during an extremely difficult time.”
