“Our old vets office had taken some turns for the worse, after many years we switched to Jackson County Veterinary when our cat became sick. They worked us in same day, "old vets said it would be 3 days". Everyone at Jackson County Veterinary is Very Very nice. The cat is back to chasing bugs and lizards around the yard and we have a new vet.”

“I’ve been taking my pets to Cope Creek for almost 4 years now and my experience every time is super great and I love them! Recently (yesterday) my senior dog who I’ve had for 15 years had 3 unexpected seizures within 24 hours. I called them when they opened Friday morning and they said the doctor was booked but they would see what they could do. They were able to let me drop him off for the doctor to examine him when she had time.

He ended up being worse off and Dr. Aiken was extremely kind and patient with me. I made the decision to put him to sleep and she was so open and honest about everything. I’ve never had to make a decision like that before, but her and the other staff’s kindness was immeasurable. They let me spend several minutes with him before they came in so I could say goodbye and talk to him. They did all of this even when I didn’t have an appointment. I wouldn’t have traded those last few minutes for anything and I am so grateful to Dr. Aiken and her staff for what they gave me.
