Absolutely awful. I'm a college student up here who needs a lot of prescriptions and have gotten to the point where I have to order them from home and have my mom send them to me because this place never has anything and never communicates. They once asked me if I wanted to switch my medications over to CVS. I said no. They did it anyway without telling me. I switched it back and every time I've needed a medication I have had it delayed with absolutely no communication and if I try and call no one answers. Not had a single good experience here.

Pick up window needs a designated person for each shift. They lady came and told us she’d be right back, and never came back. We had Togo inside to get our Covid tests. Which defeats the purpose of a drive thru.The van in front of us waited over 15 minutes, and also had to go inside.Don’t offer services if you can’t staff them.

I work in sales, so I'm familiar with a rush to the register. As far as I'm concerned, the way that this pharmacy team handles the CONSTANT rush to their registers is STELLAR. They're as fast as they can be without risking mistakes. Y'all all better be nice to them.

I recently just stopped working here due to an abrupt move from Sylva NC and I have to say this is the most unprofessional work environment I’ve ever been involved in. All managers at the store abuse there power by doing there jobs half of the time, which cause customers to grow angry which makes a stressful work environment. Just working there I felt discriminated against the whole time and as a new guy receive 0 to no training. I don’t know how some people there got there jobs but Sylva deserves better.. especially when dealing with drugs. As a college student found that managers and associates did not care about schedules. And has an African American male taught a valuable lesson of what not to be work place in environment. If you have prescriptions there I highly advise that you transfer. Discrimination should have no place in any society in todays world….

The phones don’t work; they send texts saying scripts are ready…I drive 45 mins (I live in mountains ) of course the scripts ARE NOT ready. The wait for pick up inside is 25 mins to get to the counter. Then….the scripts are not ready. I’m going to CVS

Bought an item in store that was advertised online on sale as well as a sign above the item in the store with the sale price. Got home and checked my receipt and was charged original non-sale price. I won’t be trusting you again, Walgreens.

Also had bad service. Had an appointment for an RSV VACCINE. Waited over an hour. Finally took our toy poodle in to see what was going on. Was asked to leave immediately. She's 7 lbs in my arms. No posting on doors. Dogs not allowed.CVS it is from now on. I can understand a little wait but an hour. No way

Impossible to get what you need in a timely manner. Waited 45 and 55 minutes in pickup line in the last week. Also once you are in line it’s impossible to get out as you are completely blocked in. Having a sick child in the car for almost an hour and you can’t get out is ridiculous.Going inside wasn’t any better. I get many places are short staffed, but the case is different here. Something really needs to be done. We are switching to a different pharmacy all together. Sad because we’ve used Walgreens for many years now in other locations.

Always ridiculously long waits, and even if they know it's a long wait they won't tell you until youve been there for 30+ minutes and just blame "staffing" or "computer issues". Transferring my prescriptions to ingles in waynesville at this point because even with the drive, it won't take as long

Worst pharmacy. Always have to wait 2-3 days and then have to call.. prepare to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Changing all of our prescriptions to Eastgate. Loved Kel -save so sad they closed

12 to 14 minutes per customer wait time in drive thru for two weeks now. ????? What the heck people, treat a captured customer base any way you want. Boo boo boo, very poor performance.....

This is the worst pharmacy. So uneducated and unhelpful. Move on to the next Walgreens. Could not answer simple RX questions and rude.

Would not recommend doing a photo order here. Half of my large photo order was missing, both in-store and online customer service was of no help. I should have been refunded over $100 and ended up having to pay for the whole thing.
