TRUIST DECIDED TO CLOSE MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH NO WARNING. I COULDN'T USE ONLINE BANKING OR EVEN GET MY $ FROM THE ATM. I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A CHECK FOR MY $1,400 REMAINING BALANCE WITHIN 30 DAYS.

They have the most unfriendly employees I've ever meet, they don't even acknowledge you when you walk in bank, there's no excuse for good manners! 2 time I've had to go to this place and each time it was empty. They says a lot and why!
