This stores flooring, lumber and building services is so poorly run they should fire some management people. Customer service is terrible, and in the flooring department it is so bad that if you're lucky to get someone to help, they haven't a clue where anything is. There is no organization anywhere in flooring. If you need supplies out in the covered warehouse good luck getting help. The warehouse is also in need of proper supervision also, everything is a disorganized mess, without many bins having a price card to tell me the cost. This store needs an overhaul of management and employees that want to work.

This is by far the worst store in NC, Please do NOT shop or work here atleast in the garden center. Kat is the rudest employee/supervisor I have EVER met in my life (she works in the garden) she does not care about customers and will blatantly ignore or walk away or tell them it's not her job to help,she knows nothing and cares very little about the plants or the other workers there, on multiple occasions she has thrown away perfectly healthy plants just because she didnt like them along with saying on multiple occasions that (she didnt feel like watering them and didnt care if they died). Also would complain to management that workers aren't watering enough even though she refused to water anything. She put full sun plants in shade and shaded plants in the sun killing them, when asked about it she said she didnt care. She also takes REALLY long breaks when not supposed to. PLEASE do not shop here if you can help it!!
And management does not care that she acts like this valuing her more than other workers very toxic work environment, would NOT recommend!!

Quentin was an amazing associate to work with. He stayed after close to look things up for my husband and I, then let us reach out to him again today and helped us place our appliances order. He was super friendly and courteous. He was great! His sales associate Bri was also super helpful with facilitating the transaction. I wish all Lowes and Lowes employees were as kind, helpful and knowledgeable as them. Tarboro will have our business from now on, even though they are not the closest to our home, it is worth the drive to get exceptional service. In a world where it isn't so common for people to provide excellent customer service, these people knocked it out of the park. Keep up the great customer service!

Very helpful staff.Rocky Mount needs to take some key pointers from this staff..very customer service orientated.Rocky Mount Lowes has a tall mascueline female that is highly rude.I've heard employees at the Rocky Mount store call a customer stupid.Make Tarboro a trainer store!

On July 3 we stopped in to look at refrigerators. Quentin was very friendly and extremely helpful. He and Michael got our refrigerator from the back and into our truck quickly and with ease.

Store# 3022 Has an excellent staff, Cliff sales associate who works in plumbing went above and beyond to help my husband whom he didn't know is visually disabled, yet was a heating and air contractor for 20yrs before losing most of his sight get all he needed to repair our hot water heater. Treating us with dignity and respect. Cliff is knowledgeable and patience in assisting customers. Renee was help in help us set up our my lowes.rewards. Everyone we met was willing to help. Thank you.
