They took and resolved a problem that a rep from another city and state made months back in April. Batman and Batwoman of the verizon store. I am amazed and so grateful for their service. I give them much appreciation and respect. They got a $650 removed from my account when Verizon had suspended my service for a bad charge. Tre and Jessica is now my personal reps and I am from PA.
