“The prices are high on a lot of things but the service needs to be a little better. I had my doctor called my medicine in at about 1:30pm and they were closing at 7:00 pm and my medicines still was not ready. That’s not too good”

“Ordered online for pick up. Order was ready within 30 minutes. Shopped inside while picking up order. All associates were smiling, greeted me with a hello and offered assistance since I was in a wheelchair. I had an issue in redeeming a 25% off coupon and I love to save a buck so manager told me exactly how to take care of that, When I called Walgreen's Corp, I was comped $25.00 (more than my 25%) by a very polite and helpful assistant. My first time if ordering online and inside shopping at the only Tarboro, NC store and certainly won't be my last. I couldn't have asked for better customer service in store. My online order was exactly as ordered and well packed.”
