I would give them zero stars if I could! I called to confirm that my prescription was ready and they told me yes, I get all the way there (I live over 35 minutes away) and they tell me that it’s not available and has been picked up. No one picked up my medicine, I only called to confirm it was ready! This makes two days in a row that they did this! The customer service sucks. They need better training.

This location may as well close their pharmacy. They never have enough meds in stock for a complete fill, it takes days to fill non-controlled simple meds, now it keeps being closed because there's no pharmacist on staff and by law they can't dispense already filled meds that are needed and just sitting on the shelf ready to go. Walgreens needs to start hiring more people and paying them what they deserve to be there because this is ridiculous

Worst customer service ever . Was on hold to speak to the pharmacy for 45 min they picked up and placed me on hold without saying anything several times . Then got a message saying they were busy and it hung up. Called back for another 25 min and the same thing. Worst ever !!!!!!!

Ordered online for pick up. Order was ready within 30 minutes. Shopped inside while picking up order. All associates were smiling, greeted me with a hello and offered assistance since I was in a wheelchair. I had an issue in redeeming a 25% off coupon and I love to save a buck so manager told me exactly how to take care of that, When I called Walgreen's Corp, I was comped $25.00 (more than my 25%) by a very polite and helpful assistant. My first time if ordering online and inside shopping at the only Tarboro, NC store and certainly won't be my last. I couldn't have asked for better customer service in store. My online order was exactly as ordered and well packed.

Pharmacy is often closed due to having no pharmacist on duty or closed early. Long wait times to get prescription filled or out of medications. May take days. I reiterate …This is not the store to choose if you are in a hurry to get your prescriptions filled.

This pharmacy is incompetent. Not one person knows what they're doing. You will easily wait 7 days for one prescription to be ready.

If I could give a 0 I would the worst pharmacy I ever visited my son is schizophrenic I had to go to emergency room and get medicine in they claim his insurance wouldn't pay for it they wanted me to pay out of pocket I refuse to pay out of pocket they kicked out there system refused to help this the worst place to go get prescription fill I try t transfer them to drug Co next door they transfer 1 insurance paid for that one with no problem

I've Been waiting on a prescription since yesterday for my son who is sick at home with the flu ...They closed early today without telling anybody now my child have to go another day without started his meds ..walgreens is unorganized smh

Joke. The place is slow. Could drive across county and get your prescriptions faster. Drive thru wait everytime is no less than 15 minute wait no matter if you are the only car in line. inside service is no faster.
