Although this location was well kept and nicely laid out. The accommodations for larger vehicles are very limited to space. Truckers shop Wal-Mart to. Perhaps such things will change in the near future.

This was my 1st time at the Tarboro nc Walmart store. The reason I went there trying to find a particular candle that I buy frequently but of course when I arrived they were sold out of that too. Rocky mount and Nashville were sold out too. But I did get some other higher priced ones 11 candles for $60 not bad. I buy Yankee candles and goose creek candles online but you can’t get 11 at either one of those that I mentioned for that price, maybe 2or3. I drove an extra 20 minutes just to buy candles. That’s another pet peeve I have. Shoes clothes and candles and pocketbooks. Now that I’m disabled from a stroke I don’t take my big purses anymore just my tiny one. My left side is paralyzed my hand is.

The staff is extremely rude and the manager at night on July 25th, 2025 did not handle the nasty behavior they have. The employees by the name of Christin and Quay had the nastiest attitudes and should be ashamed of how they treated customers and talked about the customer and visibly showed their immature ugly attitude in front of everyone. Another employee who actually was super nice and knows how to treat people, by the name Charece, (I hope I spelled it right!) was super nice and polite, helpful and treated us respectfully and with kindness. Thank you so much for your kindness, and for treating customers respectfully, she should get a raise, having to take away from what she was doing to come assist the customer while Christine an Quay just stood around being rude and hateful an disrespectful. They should be spoken to and be replaced with someone who wants to do their job an knows how to treat people. You two need to go work somewhere where you don’t have to work directly with the public or speak to people if that’s how you act.

Walmart cheated me, took payment for my order. Delivered half of my product. Then told me in the phone conversation that i thought i bought something. Then would not reimburse my full loss of product I did not receive. I am not a happy customer for sure. Will do my shopping elsewhere because I don't like to be CHEATED!!!!. The Walmart in tarboro NC.

Maybe someone can help me understand something. I visited this Walmart supercenter to look at truck tires, which they had on display. Nowhere on the display tag did it say the tire needed to be ordered online. It also was missing information on the tread life. So I spoke to a representative behind the counter, who told me that she didn’t know She tells me that it has to be ordered online. I reiterate what I mentioned above that nowhere on the tag does it say the tire has to be ordered online, specifically my tire size. So she said that they probably carry other tires online. I gave her different tire sizes and still she was not able to provide me with the tread life. Not to mention that she also seem to have attitude. If you’re not there to work, stay at home and collect your check there.?

Just completely taken back by what just happened. Lady who was working in the garden register at the Walmart on Tarboro.... was beyond disrespectful my kids which is disrespectful to me!
My kids were thirsty, they had asked if they could get some water from the drink cooler by the check out, which I said they could be causes it's super hot and humid today. She out of no where , yelled no and shut the door on my kid. I asked her why they couldn't get a water? And she didn't/wouldn't answer.. I told them to get a water and I left.
I'm beyond upset with this place...
It's always something here
