First time renting from Lake Effects Boat Rentals. We reserved a jet ski over Labor Day weekend. The check-in process and communications, Stutts marina store, and friendly staff were extraordinary. No issues with finding the location or parking. When we come back to Lake Norman, they'll absolutely be our destination again.
