If I could give 0 stars I would. I Love Auto Zone but the manager at this Store is really a piece of work. About 5days ago Me and my wife walk into the store (right away the Manager is stairing at me) i go to the tool isle grab a couple things, I pill my vape outta my pocket and well i am crouched down looking for the connectors I need the Hispanic Manager comes to the front of the isle and asks if I needed help finding anything I say I am good. Then he comes around the other end of the isle on the phone and asks me if I am good and I ask is this the cheapest pair of crimpers you have ($21.99) he goes whatever we have out there so I guess. He proceeds to follow me around 2 isles away. I turn to him, put what stuff was in my hand on a floor jack box and say there's no need to follow me around I work for a living and I have money. He replies it looked like you put something In your pocket, definitely didn't I pulled a vape outta my pocket and showed it to him. Then he says just in case I have back up on the way! You called the cops because i took my own property outta my pocket, i am goin to get what i need elsewhere and Proceed to put the items I had picked out back where i got them from and he hurrys up and checks each item I put back well still on the phone telling the cops what I and my wife look like what we are wearing and what we are driving. Me and my wife go up there today and she goes inside to returns a wrench that I had the receipt for and as one person is doing the return same Manager is peeking over the counter watching her look at key chains and Proceeds to come around the counter touching each key chain make sure they were all there and follows her outta the store to see if it's the same car and if I am in it. I am gonna take a guess I am NOT the first person that he has done this too. When I went the the first time I was all dirty because I came right from work. This Manager needs to be fired asap that is no way to treat a paying customer. If he had asked me sir do u mind if I can see if there's anything in your pocket that isn't yours or, any other way not I have back up on the way just incase like your wasting tax payers money and the cops time for NOTHING. From now on I will be wording what I need off line or going to another auto parts store for my needs just because of 1 Ignorant.

I came in to have my battery replaced. Fermin was the one to help me. He was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process while making sure to explain everything to me. He made sure everything worked before I left.

Wow price are high now it's ok it's every where that's high now fixed income folks can hardly make it now I ask one your worker's for cheap. Wind shield. Wipers he gave me rain x. High priced ones it's ok.GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

I went to buy bulbs for my tail lights and Fermin kindly offered to make sure I had the right one and changed it for me. He even changed my brake lights when he realized one was out. He saved me a lot of time!
