Unprofessional owner.I was 7 minutes late to my appointment and gave a heads on on being late and my appointment was canceled as I walked in the doors due to running into the owners lunch break. Then refused to reschedule with me.

Alicia always does a great job with my hair! She’s also so good about working around my crazy schedule!! It’s hard to find someone that can cut my hair because it’s THICK, curly and grows super weird. She has nailed it every single time!
