“I just want to put my experience for EVERYONE to see! I am a SECU member, and today, I had two flat tires in the scorching heat with my 1 year old and 6 year old. Dylan and Samuel were both ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Not only did they help us by having the necessary equipment to help us, but they changed my tires themselves and I couldn’t thank them enough, after thanking them, they both kept saying “this is what our company is about, providing our customers with the best service”, like, WOW! THANK YOU SECU! Thank you Dylan and Samuel! This is what EVERY company should have! I am such a happy member! I will forever brag about these two gentlemen! The customer service experience was PHENOMENAL!”
