I was they're shopping yesterday and probably was the nicest Dollar tree I've ever been to. The ladies that work there were excellent extremely helpful every time I ask something that I could answer for me I enjoy the experience I had there which I've also found that at most dollar tree is the workers seem to be happy to be there. It appears to be a great place to work for although I imagine the people that you deal with daily there could be quite the loan. But I wish I would have remember their names but I do not but they were great whoever worked the shift at 12:00 to 2:00 on Tuesday there especially the taller black lady at the register she was phenomenal. I definitely would recommend anyone and Thomasville around there to go there if they want a Dollar tree.

I usually love shopping at this store but yesterday was a very annoying experience. The cashier (young blk m with long hair) mocked my clothing (a light pink, white polka dotted spring dress), referring to it as ‘pajamas’ which I didn’t care about until after I simply corrected him and he tried to argue it asking where did I get it from. This same cashier acted upset when I simply did not want to share to him my name, also said that I looked like his cousin and it was just too much entitlement in the atmosphere. All I came in there for was some detergent and bleach to wash my clothes not for a fashion debate. I had already had a long day at work earlier that day and was tired, people need to understand that no one owes you a conservation especially when they don’t know you, a simple hi and bye will do the trick. People have lives, some people have social anxiety, some people just got off work themselves etc so sometimes when it’s obvious a person is trying to stay to themselves respect it, it’s that simple. Dollar tree please hire people that actually understand this simple logic.

It was kinda quiet in there today a man with long redish hair was very friendly and helpful everyone was stocking I found everything I was looking for except potting soil they were out so I went else where.

That store needs corporate to come in and help them!! Sad... I went Sunday and the man was so nice but busting his tail!! We felt so bad for him. Went back today and told the manager we enjoyed having someone friendly help us.

6/7/2023The cashier at the front desk was disrespectful. She conveyed a sense of hatred for her job and had a lack of regard for courteous customer service. 'Please wait on cashier' was shown on my end of the transaction when I used cash and a card. I informed her what I was seeing from my end after she gave me an unkind look. She rudely informed me that she was waiting for me on her end, so I asked her if she wanted me to repeat the action. She rudely said "um yeah", and looked at me waiting for me to proceed. She had a line of customers watching her bad customer service, not good to be acting like that in a customer service field. You earn respect, you do not get respect when you are rude from the very beginning to someone that did nothing. Never returning, worst customer service, everyone seems to despise their jobs every time I come.

Best home town dollar plus store in Thomasville. The employees are top notch, especially Dirk and Teri! Store is well stocked and constantly has great deals coming in.

The guy at the register today 4/23/22 at around 12:30pm was extremely rude to everyone. Had a look of disgust on his face the entire time and wouldn’t say hey, how are you, tell anyone their total. Not even a thank you and have a nice day. That is unacceptable in the customer service field. Other than that the store is fine. But a person like that can really make your shopping experience very negative.
