I am undoubtably a gluten for punishment because I decided to use the Thomasville NC Walmart Store Delivery again. In the past they generally just leave off items. Today they left the entire order at the wrong address and the picture the driver took was of a white house with a blue door and our house is a gray with a red door. The house numbers are marked clearly with 4" numbers on the mailbox and the porch post and it's not my responsibility to go hunt down my groceries. The store Delivery Manager stated they were understaffed and didn't have the time to redeliver the groceries but I could reach out to 1-800-966-6546 to get a refund. I called the number and it took 13 minutes and two different people to get the money refunded because both of them said it shows a picture of your house with the blue door. Never again will I be so lazy but Walmart has lost our business. Lidl and Food Lion will get our business from now on.

never buy tires in this store dump, I had the most unfortunate and crazy idea to buy 4 tires for my vehicle and the next day I drove only 15 minutes and the tire exploded. I went back to the store to try to get a new one because I didn't even have 24 hours to buy it and the sub-response was, you have the remains of the tire when the flat tire was torn to pieces on the highway, and the store manager saying that They couldn't give me anything, just a ridiculous 10% discount and taking away the responsibility that they didn't install it when they never told me that the day before I bought them.... they are all garbage...the only reason to give them a star is because they won't let you post if you don't give them one. but they don't deserve a single one

I do not advise working for this store at all I bet Walmarts a good company to work for but the walmart on liberty dr in thomasville nc is corrupt and treats there employees like crap, they have managers in there that touch there associates and you report it and they do nothing about it, they don't play fair they only fire who they want and play favorites, there management is a joke Some of there team leads Especially in apparel are unprofessional and do not treat there employees with respect at all, so in conclusion if u wanna work for Walmart just don't go to the one in THOMASVILLE!!!!

Sometimes their out of season produce is not good; spongy textured watermelon, etc. But they will always give you a refund without question. Now about their eggs. I always buy the cheaper ones; these are recycled from other merchants before the dates run out. Sometimes the eggs, usually 1 or two per carton, are probably well beyond their expiration dates. You can tell when an egg is too old, as they are runnier than the fresher ones and they slide easily from the shell when they are cracked. I always throw these stale eggs away since I feel that they are unsafe. I suspect that the supplier knows that these are stale and they hope that customers won't notice.

I don't usually write reviews but the customer service I received at this location was worth writing about. I placed my first grocery order for pick up and I received a text when the order was ready. I drove to the store and noticed some parking spaces with a sign so I assumed I was in the right location. I checked in on the app and was alerted that the order would be right out. I waited about 25 minutes and then called the store and the customer service associate was so nice and said that I was in the Black Friday Pick Up parking lot and she told me to drive around to the grocery side of the store and call the number posted on the signs. I then dealt with two more customer service associates who were also so professional and friendly even during the rush before Thanksgiving. They were so polite on the phone and quickly brought my groceries out to the car and loaded them in the trunk. I highly recommend using the Pick Up service here.

Thomasville recently passed the brunch bill law moving the time limit to purchase beer on Sundays from noon to 10am for all grocery stores and restaurants. When I went to WalMart today at 11:30 am, I was told that WalMart does not honor that law and that their rule was still noon. Further the cashier told me that if I wanted to purchase beer on Sunday after 10am and before noon I should go to Food Lion. Thank you cashier for making up my mind that I will do ALL of my shopping at Food Lion from now on. Your loss.

Pick up tower is down. Notified that shipment was ready only to drive 30 minutes to be told that they loaded the item but can't get it back out. They have no idea when it will be back online. Lesson learned I'll do my shopping on amazon from now on.

Who likes going to Walmart and who likes completing their trip to find out only 2 registers are open out of the 15 they have. I was in line and an older lady motioned me to come to her express line unknowingly that my cart was full. She looked at someone else and said "dang, I didn't see all that" so I just said nevermind I'll stay in this line. She then motioned someone else with fewer items to come to her line. Another lady name LaLa was in the express line next to her and said I could come through her line. I thanked her a few times and paid and left. She's the nicest cashier I've ever run into at Walmart...at any Walmart

Visited the store recently only to find out that because of their attendance policies people test positive for the flu cannot call out sick- When I spoke to the manager "D" I was informed that they can call out sick it would all have to do with their attendance policies so if they don't have the sick time they can't call out sick this is how the flu get spread people go to work with the flu they spread the flu to other employees into the public.
