The worst place I have ever went to rent. The front desk lady did not update her computer with car availability and I did call specific to ask if they have cars before I do the reservation and they confirmed me 2 time that they do have and I place a reservation. When I got there drove 1 hour to that location and the lady told me that she does not have a car for me with an attitude. That I didn’t talk to her on the phone but it was customer service and she doesn’t have to do anything with it. How is that possible????? I am pregnant drove 1 hour and for getting an attitude sent me back easy. We don’t have car for you.

Customer service at this location is very professional, kind, considerate, and goes out of their way to help. Tip...if you register on line for your rental it makes the process go much quicker, and if you need to extend or modify your rental agreement you can do so on line so much easier. If you do need to speak to someone they are quick, knowledgeable of their job and will jump hoops to help. I highly recommend Car Enterprise in Thomasville, NC and in Winston, NC.

I called to confirm a reservation and time for pickup and explained I had pneumonia and could not wait outside for a prolonged period of time and the represenitive told me I could rent from someone else and hung up on me. I have never been treated so rudely by a car service before.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I have rented from this location 3 times all were terrible but this most recent rental was beyond ridiculous. To start I had edited my reservation days before to reflect the same pickup and drop time since it would be the same price. The system did not show the change. Rep told me sorry but they would not have a car available for me to pick up until 12. Edited time was 9:30. Called back within 1 hour stating they had a car unexpectedly get returned and we could head that way. The inside of the car we received was discussing. The engine of the car was leaking antifreeze. We have pictures to show corporate if they need them. The rotors on the car were rusted and worn so bad the car would shake when applying the brakes. The car was all around looked like she picked it up at a junk yard and rented it to us. We then had to drive out of our way because our calls kept getting forwarded to the Lexington locations to exchange the car. The SUV we received has half way clean but had tons of dog hair in it. My son is highly allergic to dogs. This made for an awful trip due to him being sick from the danger and as they were already hours late leaving. This is the 3 time I have received a car with tons of dog hair in it. Not a little hear and there it was tons. I have another need for a rental in 3 weeks and will be using a different location from now on. This place is a waste of time to go here they never have any cars on their lot either.

Totally inept staff, had a confirmed reservation and when I showed up. no car! Was told no cars available in the immediate area, but when I called High Point Enterprise directly, no problems! Picked up a confirmed reservation in 1 hour and 24 mile round trip later. Enterprise Thomasville had all the excuses as to why no cars available including weather! Unreal! So sad! Enterprise needs to seriously evaluate the staff at that location! High Point staff A++++ now our trip can begin on time!

The young woman who helped us was very helpful and found us a few discounts. The car we rented turned out to be a bit much technology for me...I couldn't even start it, so my friend had to drive on our whole trip. My fault for not trying first. Still incredible service friendly staff and beautiful car. We took a 2022 jeep compass fully loaded

This was the worst rental experience of my life. The only positive was my customer service representative Khadija. She was very kind and apologetic but it wasn’t her fault. I don’t like the policy and the ridiculous deposits. I paid 500 dollars and will only receive back 175.

I came in to rent a vehicle while my car is in the shop. My insurance company set it up and immediately after I received a call from this site letting me know that they have me set up. When I arrived Peter immediately came outside and showed me the vehicle and made sure I was okay with it. The signing process was seamless and took no time at all. The car had a slight issue so I messaged Peter and came within the hour after to switch into a new one again took no time at all and a new vehicle. Peter is a gem, very kind, helpful, fast and great communication.

Had issues on the road. Had to try and switch cars went to about 5 other locations in another state. Ended up being charged an extra day and a half. 2 different ppl said they would take care of it. It wasn't taken care of.

Got a pretty nice rental car with very little reservation time for same day. Very pleasant as I've rented from Enterprise since I was 17 ( yes first car was from a wreck )

Appreciation Post!!! After dealing with crazy insurance companies Enterprise was a breath of fresh air. Pete was above and beyond with customer service, making sure every need was met! Not only did he make sure I was in a car I wanted, he checked all maintenance to ensure my safety. Quick, easy, and stress free! Thank you Pete!
