Sometimes this place is not open when it is supposed to be and will also close before the time posted. We came to get cards and the gate was half down with someone inside ignoring us. The prices are too much at GameStop anyways and it is not what it used to be.

The young girl who took her time to help me find a few selections for my youngest son's birthday was quite helpful and extremely informative as she had knowledge about different games and other items that were in store.

Closed at 7pm when the sign says 9. Normally don’t review, but this is consistently a let down after driving all the way here, and seeing the gate half way down. The Open sign is on and employees are in there, so weird. Multiple times. I’ve tried calling before hand and no one answers. No sign at least? Short staffing happens I guess but a sign is the least ya can do. ?

Unless the store manager, Jon, is working don't bother going in. The other employees are either useless or don't care that you're there. Perfect example, went in today and black guy with dreads was "working" didn't bother saying hi when I walked in as he was having what sounded like a personal call and turned his back to me so I walked right out. Jon is literally the only reason I continue to visit this GameStop, help him out and get people that care about their job like he does.

I went in to buy a ps5 and couldn't walk out with the console without upgrading to a pro membership.. what company throws away a $500 transaction over a $15 membership? Terrible business ethics

Bought an item and was specifically told I could test the product and had 14 days to bring it back in for a return or exchange. I bring it back in 2 days later after 1 use and and am told I was told wrong and there is nothing they can do. The manager and the employee lied to me. They didn’t realize the item was a clearance item originally and refused to make it right. The manager here is a liar and their employees are too. Use another location.
