Very easy to schedule appointment time and check in was very smooth. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Staff was very friendly and Brandi did an excellent job drawing my blood. I am not an easy "stick" and she was very patient,compassionate and skilled.

After being on hold with Winston Salem for over 15 minutes, I gave up and called Thomasville. They answered right away, she was very pleasant and helpful. Dropped the next day, both nurses were pleasant and helpful, I had no waiting and was done in less than 15 minutes. Great experience??
