Brittany and her husband went over and beyond for us! My brother, who is unable to walk and wheelchair-bound needed a hospital bed because he was traveling from Vermont to move to North Carolina today and the movers had disassembled his hospital bed down to individual pieces. My brother was expected to arrive this evening around 10:00 PM and there was no one who could help us until we called liberty medical specialties, and spoke with Brittany. She said that she would wait until we arrived even though they closed at five and we made the attempt to get there on time. She said not to worry that she would wait anyway. When we showed up, she took care of our problem and provided us a bed for my brother. Both she and her husband were Lifesavers today. If you need medical supplies, this is the place to go to! I had a concern and compassion for our problem, like no other business that we encountered before! They are business will be blessed. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of our hearts.. We needed a hospital bed for my dad (Helton Owenby). Brittany was very helpful and pleasant. When the bed was delivered, Cody was very professional and friendly. It means a lot that they were so helpful and kind to my parents. Great job!

They went out of our way to make sure we had everything we needed, when we needed it. They were fast acting and kind. I don't know what we would have done to get my dad's medical equipment on time if it hadn't been for them.

Good afternoon I am on 02 concentrated air 24/7. I started with Liberty in Thomasville about 6 months ago. Best customer service most friendly people and delivery driver attention to details. My machine quit producing 02 called with in 23 min had replacement in my house. Awesome awesome job.

David was AWESOME! From the first phone call to after picking up our supplies. He was so friendly, knowledgeable about the products, and exactly what to tell the provider to make the process seamless. I have never had to purchase medical supplies before in my life, but I know for a fact, Liberty Medical Specialties is the only place I will ever use. Hands down, best service, timeless, everything. Highly recommend!!!

I took my hard copy for a knee scooter here. Brittany told me that United Health Dual says they will pay for item but they end up not doing so. I stood there waiting for her to call. Then she replied: we have been closed for a week. I have to get caught up on other things. Then I will get to yours. She asked for my number and I left. So about 2 weeks later I called. David answered and he replied that I wasn't in the system. Them I called back. He said Brittany gave me the hard copy back. LIAR BRITTANY. DONT TRUST HER. THANKS

The delivery driver was very nice and efficient. The only complaint that I have is he knocked off a very expensive wall art mother had on the wall and broke a piece off of it.
