The wash: Mediocre coverage, faulty equipment and often closed for repairs
The staff: They have at least one true gem of an employee. Hopefully she'll become the manager in charge of training. If not, I can only imagine she won't be there long. What others can learn from her is that she acknowledges your presence, smiles often, is always friendly and waves, she pays attention to guiding you in without running your wheels into the guards or getting you too close to the person in front of you.
Vacuums: The best part of going here is the towels and spray bottles are usually stocked, and the air hoses and vacuums are functional. They just need a better vacuum attachment and mount.

Preston and Caleb at the Thomasville, North Carolina Mod Wash went above and beyond their duties to help me figure out I have some kind of major leak in my car. They were kind enough to tell me that smelled something like Oil burning when I drove through. They even offered to check my oil. It is so nice to have Wonderful employees that truly care about the customer. I’ll be a customer for life.

Hours are inconsistent - sometimes open at 8:30 or 9:00 but not at 8am. They have decreased the quality of the service since opening - no more pre-wash wands and the top brush rarely works. We were among the very first to join the highest level membership but have become more and more disappointed over the last year. Employee turnover is extremely high - not a good sign. Can't recommend this any longer.

Don’t waste your money
I paid for the $29 wash
The hood and windshield are still dirty
Wheels are dirty
It did nothing, but it didn’t take 2 minutes to go all the way through lol
If you want it done right go to Asheboro.
Use Hugos I think that’s the name of it.
For $24 it’s perfect and worth it.

BEWARE OF CHARGES. I signed up for a basic unlimited wash with promo cost for first month. I was told it was $19.99 per month to continue after. NO WHERE DID I SEE COSTS as the employee entered everything. A few months later, I saw this charge in pending at $19.99 and didn't question. Now I find that I'm paying $30 bucks a month. I would have never. Very poor practice..... web page does not show pricing either and no way to set up log in to manage your account like many other car washes I have had.

For the majority of the months of April and May, their wash was “under maintenance” and I was unable to use my once/daily membership that they continued to draft from my bank account. That alone was extremely inconvenient but now that I’ve canceled my membership and requested a partial refund for those months, they are refusing to do so. Their customer services takes over a week to respond to emails and they are not willing to refund for the services they were unable to provide. USE CAUTION before selecting to agree to their membership.
