My Wife and I stopped going to this location as they always have an excuse for not doing the job right. Got an appointment? Expect to be here for at least 2-3 hours (And that is for a standard oil change). Price quotes always high when their location in High Point is always cheaper and does a better job. Avoid like Covid...
