Love this place any other time but dang we just sat for almost 30 minutes at the window in the drive through and nobody came to the window. People behind us left to, that was insane.

I come to the Thomasville Sheetz several times a week for gas and to use their restroom. The gas is usually priced lower than other stations but the only reason I come to Sheetz is for the Octane 88 gas which saves me lots of money since I drive 2000 miles every week. I really wish they would clean their toilet bowls. You know if there are black rings it hasn't been cleaned for a few days. Some days I've been in their and there is no toilet paper or paper towels or soap and floors a mess and trash bins overflowing. The rest of the store looks great.

Only gave 1 because can't do zero. Used uber eats to get hot dogs n beer cuz it was late. Took money off card n never called me n didn't answer my calls n text but kept my money n charged me $25 FOR "RESTOCK" FEE. bullll

We got fuel
I went in to order a coffee.
So much going on behind that wall in surprised they went getting anything right.
That's what was in my head
Well, I was right, don't buy coffee from here.
My first and last time ordering anything from here.
Well, the car didn't complain, so I guess the gas was good.

I stopped to get gas and got robbed by their prices. There's not a lot more I can say since this is all I did. Turns out gas was a lot cheaper down the street.

Sheetz provided me with a pleasant visit. The store traffic was quite manageable today and the cashier line went quick for being full. The fountain machine and restrooms appeared clean and adequately stocked.

No longer my go to for late night food. Normally their service is fast and great, but after what I just experienced I won't go back for a few months if not longer. I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes for the workers to make 2 coffees. You think I'm kidding but I'm not. My food sat on the counter by the window for 30 minutes. So, yes, I waited 30 minutes for cold food with no apologies, no empathy, no offering to reheat or remake the food they could no longer legally sell by health standards, nothing; I was just met with "so you were the... Order?" "Cool, have a good night." I'm so disappointed. Did I put up a fight? No because it's 12:30 in the morning, I just got off of work, and I just waited in a drive through for thirty minutes. And they put the frys upside down in the bag -_-

Outdated method to earn rewards on fuel. Have to carry and scan cards. Other stations you can just enter your phone # and wallah! You earn your points. At one time this was my one and only fuel stop traveling.But after being at quite a few along the I81 corridor and seeing the major decline in quality, i have since long abandoned puchasing from them. Food is overrated and over priced. And by judging the most recent reviews at this particular station around the corner from me , I wouldn't even bother going there. I'll pay a few cents extra across the street at Mobil.

Ordered 4 hot dogs today and when I got them they were raw!! If you don't have any hot dogs ready don't sell them...I could have ordered something different. I spend 1000.00 a week at this store every week between gas and stuff. Called corporate to try to solve this problem a month. Still JUNK!! You have lost a customer due to complete neglect. Used to be a great place but now all they care about is cutting corners. I won't be back. Another gas station will get my money. Idiots and inconsiderate managers. Good luck cause now you're headed to lower sales. I'm not the first or last customer that you will lose.
