The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever tried to use. I say try because they couldn't even get the first medication. I had two very time-sensitive medications that I was told would be filled and ready to go on Sunday. I live a ways away, so I decided to call before driving the distance. Sunday comes around and I'm told that they are out of the medication, but it will be ready on Tuesday. I try to call Tuesday, am put on hold, but no answer. I call again Wednesday and was told they are still out of the medication, but it should be ready Thursday. Okay... I call Thursday and they are STILL OUT. But hey, at least my very time-sensitive medication will be ready on the next MONDAY?!?! I told them I'd need it sooner. After all, it was supposed to be ready nearly a week ago. I was told I was being transfered to another department, was put on hold and then my call was never answered. I guess all those orders they put in disappeared into the void. I'll be finding a better pharmacy for my family.

It is a very good place to get your prescriptions filled at and the staff is very professional and you enjoy getting your prescription from them.And they have all kinds of specials all through the store that you won't find in other drugs stores.

The worst customer service period. Their pharmacy is a joke!!!!! My Dr literally sent my scripts over at 930am and when I went at 3pm to pick them up I had to wait another 45 minutes. And the staff could not be anymore rude!

For the most part, they are okay. Auto refills are a disaster and the wait time is getting beyond ridiculous. Not unusual to wait 40 + minutes in line or pick up lane. Then they have nothing for meds you scanned for refill 3 days prior. I don't think it is so much an employee problem as it is their computer systems must suck. Walgreens has more than enough money to make improvements.
