Hours are incorrect, I showed up at 10:05 & the doors are locked & lights off. Big sign on front door says 11-7 EVERYDAY

I really like the Timberake location.
It has a unique feature I have not seen at many other DG's with the exception of Butner, NC.
A small, but mighty produce section.
Today picked up a 4 pack of fresh & pretty tomatoes for $3.50.
Seemed reasonable & much better than having to drive into Durham.
It is nice to pick up a few items for less than a C-store would charge.
Gift cards, OTC medications, laundry detergent, greeting cards, seasonal decor.
Cheese, package of socks.
It's nice to have the DG's close by for us in rural areas.
I give it 5 of 5.

The two is not because of the employees, as they only allow about two who have to stock and run the register. DG is losing focus when it comes to the customer experience and its employees' positive outlook.
The two is because of how nasty the store is inside and out. This store started out great. We had to step over trash in the parking lot and the sidewalk. It's time for dollar general to contract an outside cleaning team at nearly all of their stores. They have become another retailer who looks at receipts over the customer experience.

This store is one of the most unorganized stores I’ve ever seen in my life. There is more stock on loading carts and knocked onto the floor than on the shelves. Nothing is where it goes and I honestly think y’all need to send corporate to this location to shut it down and start over. It’s ridiculous inside and I don’t know why people keep coming back because I know I won’t.

I can usually find items I need.Update from several years ago: I am enjoying the renovation with some new items I see, and I am happy that you have self checkout available. The folks I have seen recently working in the store are super friendly and helpful. One thing that would really help the store to look nice is for the floors to be mopped.

The staff are very hateful and rude! The bathrooms do not work. Food in the cold section is out of date. I got a pizza from there that had soured! We want be coming back to this location! Just nasty and staff are very unprofessional.

This store has went from 100% to zero% since Rick left. The whole entire staff is horrible, everyday the parking lot is dark until about 8:00pm, when asked why is it so dark very rude response by the manager, the shelf are always empty and there's stock all over can't even walk down the isle Employees are always outside smoking, there's never anyone at the front check out., I perfer to shop at other Dollar General, just a mess and too unprofessional by far the worst Dollar General Ever.
