I love the proximity and location of this Post Office, but the people working there, specifically Clerk #5 are terrible. She never smiles, makes an attempt to say hello, or provide decent customer service. Her attitude leaves a lot to be desired. I've left countless reviews on surveys for this clerk at this location, and I hope the Postmaster takes notice. If you don't want to show up to work, get another job.

The Worst Post Office (Tobaccoville)!! Let my chickens sit at their post office all day, lied about calling me, and once they called me 15 minutes before their office closed... only two were alive out of 35!! The Worst People!! The Worst Service!! I don't even want to give them one star. They do not deserve it!!

I avoid the USPS. They are holding packages and mail in Greensboro for weeks.

Lived at this address for almost 2 years .I still get everyone’s mail that lived here before me and have had reports of my mail being sent to me but returned to sender or I just never receive it. I have called the office to see what can be done about this . I received a post card to put the names of residents who are to receive mail here at this address . I have been in touch with the senders of my mail and confirmed the address they have is correct . They reply it is. Guess I’m just out of luck on this, not sure what else to do at this point!

They make no attempt at delivering packages. And if on a weekend...you aren't getting it until sometime during the week when you can schedule time off of work to go to the post office because they wont get out of the vehicle to put a package on your porch!

Why is it so hard for you guys to deliver packages on time? I remember when postal workers used to deliver mail in snow, sleet, and hail. Now, the drivers won't even get out of their vehicles when it's raining to deliver a package. Even if you are standing in the doorway, watching them put other mail in the mailbox. Then, they claim they attempted a delivery. This is why i generally avoid shipping methods that involve a hand-off to USPS.
