This is by far the best place I have ever dealt withThis is my 5th can am I have bought from them and their is no smoke and mirrors..the price you are told is the price you pay …this doesn’t have the cheesy car dealership atmosphere…it’s small town people that keep there wordAnd make things right if something happens

Absolute trash. I brought them two jetskis to be serviced. One sucked up a rope and one was overheating. Spend almost $3000 for repairs and complete tune up got us 3 hours combined before both jetskis were broken. The jetski that was over heating within 5min of being in the water starting screeching that it was low on oil. Never happened before. We drove it onto the floating dock then dragged it back to the shop to have them tell me that the engine was blown. Brad, the "mechanic" blamed everything but himself. "well we didn't know the condition from previous owner" (a year prior), "you had it a year" we called immediately and told him that we wouldn't be able to get it in that summer because my wife had just been diagnosed with cancer, and finally that "the oil was black" when he changed it even though it still worked when he test drove it and when we drove it to the dock yet somehow didn't when he fired it up. The other jetski made it 3 hours before it broke down. $3000 got us 3 hours. He did offer not to charge me labor for the new engine. Real sweet to mess up to jetskis and only charge me for a new engine not the labor to correct what he clearly messed up. Oh, but because he's busy he won't be able to get to repairing it for a few months. It's already been there a few months as is.

Initially we delt with the owner (Dave). He was very helpful in assisting us with making the best decision for our needs and we were promptly approved for financing. The parts department coordinated with the service department for all the "add on" accessories that we desired. Financing paperwork was promptly prepared as they valued our time. Schronce PowerSports went above and beyond, they picked up my Can Am, installed the accessories (light bar, mirrors, doors ect.) and returned the vehicle to my driveway within 24hrs. I would recommend anyone in the market for a recreational vehicle to shop here. 5 stars + !

Called over 3 months ago to get my Cam-am Spyder RT limited in for the recall. I called today to see what is the hold up. I was told today they are fixing people who bought their bike from their dealership first. Just because I purchased my from a private seller I don’t get my bike fixed. That is just plain wrong. Very disappointed with this dealership.

Well tried to buy a Can am. THey gave little effort in actually trying to get me in one. Was suppose to pull a soft pull on credit and let me know what they thought. Never got a call back at all. Waited days. I called 2 times and still no call back. Ill take my business elsewhere which is apparent they arent worried about

All of my experiences with Schronce Power Sports have been outstanding. It started when I was first looking for a PWC. I knew I wanted a Sea Doo because of the closed cooling system design, but I wasn't sure which one to get. As I talked with the salesman (Dave), I narrowed it down to two: a GTI 130 and a GTX 155. The GTX was, of course, much more expensive and that was the direction I was inclined. After talking with the salesman some more, though, he said the GTI 130 would be totally adequate for me and he advised against getting the more expensive model. I've never before had a car salesman try to talk me into going down-market! I did get the GTI 130 and it turned out he was absolutely right. I've run races with friends who got the more powerful GTX 155 and we were dead even. My next encounter with Schronce was when I sucked a rope into the impellor and wrapped it around the shaft. I had to tow the PWC all the way back to Taylorsville, but they fixed it quickly and convinced me to get an optional intake grate that would prevent a repeat of this experience. That was 3 years ago and I've had no problems...until now. The jet ski refused to start this past Saturday and all of my sleuthing could not solve the problem. Saturday afternoon I called and talked with the service manager and based on my description of the problem he gave me suggestions over the phone of what to go check. That did not solve the problem, so this morning I loaded the jet ski on the trailer and took it in to Schronce. The fellow with whom I talked first checked the battery, pronounced it marginal but OK, then continued looking. He found a relay that had failed, probably because I had let too much water accumulate in the bilge. When he replaced the relay, the unit came to life right away. He wasn't even a service technician, which he readily acknowledged, but he know where to go looking. It turned out he was the store owner. I left the jet ski with them because there were some other things that were due for service, but I was very impressed that the store owner took the time to go through a cursory check of likely problems and found the solution right away. In summary, I have been thoroughly pleased with every encounter I have had with Schronce and I have encouraged several of my neighbors who were looking for jet skis to go there first.

Just bought a new Seadoo here, process was pretty easy. I typically hate all dealership experiences because they take hours on hours, but they made it pretty quick and simple.
