The big issue is not service or the employees, but there are not enough folks working there. I have rarely seen all three counters available. Usually two people trying to handle everything which is insane, including passports and mail hold. As the Triangle grows, you would think there would be full counters unless getting folks to work there is an issue.

Only one staff person on a Saturday. Long lines. Staff was pleasant enough. Sells gift cards, packing material, shipping scales, etc. Has a machine that you can buy postage stamps from but it’s debt/credit only. Cash, you’ll need to go to the counter.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. The lady working at the passports was extremely rude. Instead of yelling at me, she could have simply told me to go online for an appointment. I literally cried after the public humiliation and the scene she caused.Absolutely never going back. I scheduled an appointment at another place 50min away, and I’m more than willing to do the drive than to step in this location.I don’t understand what costs people here to be nice. She also was extremely rude to a Hispanic man that barely spoke English.

Easy peasy. Appointment booking online took a few seconds. Came here on appointment day with a photo appointment followed by a passport appointment and the nice lady here got us out in 20 minutes. She was also very accommodating of our cranky one month old.

Well, once again, the United States postal service shows how much of a decline they truly are in. Couldn't update my address on their website because it wouldn't take my card information. Kept saying the address is bad and then when I went to this post office I wait in line 15 minutes just to be told go to another post office because they're out of the forms. United States postal services. Pathetic.

Driver didn’t deliver my package. Rescheduled delivery, they failed again and failed again today. I’m going to have to cancel my order due to their inability to deliver. Very unprofessional and under productive.

Whenever I have to go inside there may be a line but the people behind the counter have always been nice to me. The delivery drivers on the other hand are awful. Packages constantly late, fragile items crammed into the mailbox or just thrown onto the lawn next to it, items lost or on the wrong truck, and bogus tracking scans to stop the clock so they don't get dinged for being late in their reports. These drivers definitely need to get their stuff together because it's a disaster for sure.

When I showed up to the service counter there were no other customers and nothing was being done by any employee. I wanted to get a passport application put in. They said you have to book an appointment online. They didn't mention that there are no appointments available at all for the next 3 months. It seems that they're too busy doing nothing to process forms. The government is so inept that they won't even lift a finger to help you leave.

This is the worse post office ever! Twice in one month I had packages delivered to the wrong address and all they can say is sorry. It is not the vendors fault their staff are incompetent and careless. I feel this is unacceptable and something needs to be done! Am I supposed to keep expecting this inadequacy?!I NEVER had these problems when I lived in another county over!!!!! Research Triangle Park has A LOT of companies in the area. I wonder if they have mail delivery problems as well or if Durham residents are the only ones who experience these unacceptable issues.ETA This package was a birthday gift and if I could give negative (not zero but the lowest ) stars I would! The higher ups really need to do something about this place, it’s management and employees

This post office doesn't deserve any star at all. Most of my mails were not delivered even though I saw it on the informed delivery. I've been clicking "NOT RECEIVED" button on those mails and I'm really tired with it. Mails are getting delivered at 6PM when USPS office is just 7 minutes away (USPS at 65 TW Alexander Dr, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709). Most of my mails were being sent back to sender as undeliverable and some even got lost. This is ultimately a disappointment from USPS.

I’ve had two instances where my package has been marked delivered and it wasn’t.They refuse to come out and look in my neighbors mailboxes in my complex to see if the courier put it in the wrong box, which they did. If the geo tagged the right location and delivery time either A.The courier scanned and stole my packed OR they put it in the wrong mailbox. Either way, I’m not letting it go and I will be filing another formal complaint with corporate.Now it’s up To me to rely on my neighbors to give me back my AirPods.

I would give a Negative .000001 Star if possible. My passport appointment (for tomorrow - coincidentally a Friday), that was made about a month ago was randomly cancelled via email today with no explanation whatsoever - and no option to reschedule - Directed to reschedule online & of course there are no appointments available for more than 4 wks - which means I can't even reschedule an appointment .

Worst experience ever, try to avoid if you can!I had an appointment scheduled to apply for a passport for my child. I waited for 35 days and the appointment was cancelled without any explanation. Nobody reached out, nobody sent an email, text or gave a call. I was also not given any alternative dates or times. When I expressed my concern that I need to travel, one lady said that I can fly to Atlanta and get my passport there. I am very shocked and upset by the unprofessional behavior of those people.

LOL. They refuse to deliver packages to my apartment complex! They require all residents here to drive to the USPS office to pick up packages. Think you’ll get a pink slip in your mailbox to inform you? WRONG!!! You have to use Informed Delivery so you can see that it’s sitting at the office. They’re assuming everyone has a car, is able-bodied, and works hours that accommodate going to a 9-5 office multiple times a week to pick up packages. Can we get rid of the USPS already?PS: All other delivery service still deliver to my complex with no issue.
