Staff will keep going with personal conversations or act like you’re interrupting them when you try to check out or ask questions. Store is always crowded with boxes and messy.

One person working. At least three isle's blocked, buggy's every where with stock waiting to be put on shelves. This is about as bad as I have seen here.

Love this place! I love that its close to home for me, i just dont like feeling like the employees are always thinking someone is stealing from them but other than that its a nice place to shop and the older lady manager with glasses is always saying she can't do cash app but I think it's just laziness

Go here, not Family Dollar. DG has great staff that are very friendly & helpful. FD has staff that refuses to honor sales prices & argues with you. DG seems happy to see you. FD seems annoyed that you are there as soon as you walk in. Read my review on them for further info. Long story short Dollar General is better.

Be to this store several times. Staff is always helpful. Usually checked out by a real tall guy. Super nice and courteous!

I wanted to report one of the guys that works at this store, Skyler I think is his name but haven't had the time until now to say anything but, this guy has a seriously bad attitude problem with customers and his coworkers, I've seen him cussing over the phone and to customers out in the parking lot so much so that I don't even like going in the store when he's working to the point that I've all but stopped going. There's a few of them that need to be fired! Most of them are lazy or on their phones and only a couple will actually help if you got a question.

Don’t waste your time, can’t believe they have a 4 star review the entire staff should be let go and hire people who actually give a damn… never have I been there with 75% of the shelves stocked or being able to walk down aisles. Go to the cedar square location for quality service and selection

If I could give less then 1 star I WOULD. Here recently when I go by there is always a sign that says closed due to lack of employees!!! Wel if the manager wasn't such a B****H there would be employees. Seems to me the corporate office would look into the problems there considering there has been numerous complaints from plenty of people. Guess they care just about as little as that manager does.
