Never had an issue with this location. They know me by name now and always have what I ordered ready when I arrive. Excellent customer service.

They do not take pay at the pump with Credit Cards. Could not take a fleet card inside. Wasted 15 min of my day. Ended up going to the BP at the i-85 interchange to fill up.

Normally I don't leave negative reviews unless the customer service is really bad. I stopped at this location on my way to work this morning I asked the young lady at the cash register for a pack of cigarettes. She got the brand right but not the size, I wanted shorts not 100s she started the checkout process and I noticed the 100s I asked her if I could have shorts instead while I was asking she was counting my change. I guess my request irritated her because she flug my change on the counter. The cigarettes were $5.09 she only threw $3 at me. Not only did I receive poor customer service but I had money threw on the counter and was shortchanged. I never did get the shorts I asked for. I just picked up my short scattered change, my wrong pack of cigarettes and just left. I'll be going to Murphy's from now on.

Very poor service. We ordered food and the young man behind the counter You could tell he was very frustrated to be working.. Upon receiving our food, we had paid for mozzarella sticks, which were not in the bag, We had also paid for a sampler, which was also missing one of the macaroni and cheese Triangles Upon further, my wife opened her sandwich, which was supposed to have mayo on it and he forgot to put the mayo on it. Just a normal case of I don’t care.

Gas at surrounding stations 30 cents lower.
Coffee now is squeezed out individually and it tastes horrible IMO. Archaic way of earning gas rewards. Most stations you just punch in your cell # and wallah! You can earn or cash in your fuel points. Sheetz still is Iin the stone age, scanning bar codes. Howz about moving into the 21st century?

I always have a great experience at this location. When I stop late night, Terry the cook is always very friendly and helpful. All the other guys are friendly as well.

Great customer experience ? from the warm "good morning" to "one more banana ? will be $1" followed by "have a good day" on our way out. Clean store, convenient to I-85 N/S access, and good coffee.
