Went in to the bank to open an account, not one person acknowledged that I was even there. I went to go up to a teller (because of how it’s set up) and she just ignored me, she talking to another customer that was being taken care of by a different teller. So I just walked out.Not a way to go business!!

No integrity! Misrepresented loan terms at Mooresville - Main St. branch and now trying to cover tracks. Won't turn over their errors & omissions insurance policy. Guess I'll have to take legal action. Run! Don't walk from BB&T. Hope SunTrust straightens them out. They're my next call to fix this mess.

2nd time visiting your bank through window with a BUSINESS ACCOUNT I advise Kathy at window needs some customer service training. We have a big acct there-business-and she needs to be more courteous with customers. Once I pulled up-no "Hello" nor smile. I had to initiate the greeting AND I was very insulted when she looked at me after transaction and maybe for 5 seconds pass.... I had to tell her "Thank you"? instead of her saying "Thank you"--for us doing business with BB&T. instead she looks at me and says "you welcome' but with a rude look on her face. Dissatisfied customer.
