Friendly atmosphere & usually clean, as in items in the store aren't spread out in the floors & easy to find what your looking for or maybe some things you're not.

Not bad. sometimes can be a bit cluttered. Items out of stock occasionally. But employees are always extremely kind even when dealing with disrespectful customers.

I just went in to this dollar tree and purchased 20 items. The lady ringing me up names Michelle already had an attitude because she had to get on the register and this is after i had already been waiting in the long line that wrapped all the way around and down an aisle. She rang up two of my items twice she corrected one but not the other and then i tried to explain to her that she over charged me and rang up my item twice again but instead of listening she just had an attitude and said she didn’t and granted she did try to count and see but she could hardly see the receipt and i tried showing her and she just kept saying yeah it canceled each other out but she wasn’t listing to the fact that she rang up another one twice. Dollar tree please do better! The store was a mess as well with blue paint all one the floor the line to checkout was ridiculous and there was 3 employees there with only 1 on register until michelle came up being rude. The extra $1.25 isn’t going to kill me but the least she could have done was listened.

I asked an employee for help finding an item. I even had the SKU number, as other DollarTree employees had looked it up for me. She refused to help me. She waved her hand and told me that, if they had it, it would be in some section. I am not even sure what she said. The woman working the register sounded cheerful and friendly, though I did not make it to the register.

The employee that was working on 2/7 around 12:15 was rude. I asked her to bag my water she seemed annoyed that I asked and she didn't even finish bagging my other items just threw them in a bucket that I purchased as she WAS EATING RINGING UP MY STUFF. Unprofessional. I get it dealing with the public can be exhausting but come on.
