Was shopping there Monday 4/14 around 11:00 a.m. and someone stole my phone and when I pinned hours later it was still at the store
Had to say but I believe one of the workers stole it one of the employees at the Goodwill in Troutman North Carolina at 522 North main Street I asked for corporate number I never received it be careful when shopping there watch your back .......2025

I’m not sure who is doing the pricing here, but compared to the Goodwills in Statesville and Salisbury, they are super overpriced.

The pricing is horrendous. They price most items at the same price you can get them new. The point of a thrift store is for people who don't have much money to be able to purchase gently used things/clothing for cheaper. This goodwill is failing the community.

This location, since having the new manager has been ridiculously expensive. She is marking most of the nice shoes up to $20-$50!!!!! Not just a couple pairs marked up either, racks. Please if you are in the area and consider donating here, give your stuff to a better cause. This is goodwill, not a retail store.

Objectively the best goodwill in the surrounding area and I can say that confidently as someone who goes to goodwill almost every day and cycles between 9 different ones in a 60 mile radius. The staff are SO FRIENDLY, genuinely the friendliest goodwill staff, every single one, not just a select few. Will greet you when you enter the door, make conversation when checking out, and just make you feel so welcomed. Always has a great selection, always adding new stuff, and well organized/clean compared to some other goodwills. Reasonable prices, would 100% recommend. Worth going out of your way for, hell, this one is about 50 minutes from my house and I still try to go as often as possible despite gas prices lol

This location is probably one of my favorite, we drop in quite frequently and it never seems too disappoint. The staff are super friendly, and they've come to recognize us as regulars.
