“I ship out packages daily and deal with this post office or my local carrier almost every single day. The staff here are great. They are friendly and always helpful. I’ve never had any issues with my packages processed here, they are all scanned in and shipped out quickly.
Occasionally I’ll walk in and witness them dealing with a real stinker of a customer but they seem to do it with patience and grace.

“I was to attend a wedding reception not far away from this store on Saturday. On the way in to the reception, my daughter got the heel of her shoe caught in a crack in the pavement and broke the heel completely off. As the bride was a friend of hers, I gave her my shoes and took the broken shoe back to the car to see if I could figure out a way to make a temporary repair. I ended up at this store. I must certainly have looked ridiculous dressed up and hobbling into the store wearing one high heel and one shoe with no heel at all. The people working could not have been more helpful. I was escorted to glue aisle and got help reading labels and considering relative drying times and how long it would take me to have viable footwear. Instead of ruining my evening, the shoe incident made my day.”

My husband and I came in for our sons first passport and she honestly made it enjoyable even when we didn’t have exactly what we needed she helped us to mane sure we got it all done!! It was busy and her and the other lady worked kindly and efficiently. If you need a passport you MUST make an appointment!”
