“I was to attend a wedding reception not far away from this store on Saturday. On the way in to the reception, my daughter got the heel of her shoe caught in a crack in the pavement and broke the heel completely off. As the bride was a friend of hers, I gave her my shoes and took the broken shoe back to the car to see if I could figure out a way to make a temporary repair. I ended up at this store. I must certainly have looked ridiculous dressed up and hobbling into the store wearing one high heel and one shoe with no heel at all. The people working could not have been more helpful. I was escorted to glue aisle and got help reading labels and considering relative drying times and how long it would take me to have viable footwear. Instead of ruining my evening, the shoe incident made my day.”

“We recently moved to the area in a new build, so our mail hasn’t come for the last 10 days while we wait for the post office to get our address in the system. I recently had a DHL delivery that when through USPS’ distribution system and wound up in the post office across town where it was sent out for delivery but ended with the last update being ‘No Access’ and no further updates. I went to the post office it was last seen at and explained the situation, and within a few minutes they were able to find my package! So thankful that the supervisor listened to my concerns and was able to help me receive my package that should have been shipped to our new address. Hopefully we can get our address added to the system soon to avoid another situation like this.”
