Been waiting on service to be turned on since 8:am this morning.... Here it is 4:30pm... customer service is unprofessional... The driver has been "on the way" since we got that one and only text saying "Will be arriving in 2 hours" that text was sent out at 7:49am...

Terrible payment processes. Overcharged even though I was never contacted a bill was due. Nothing mailed. No email. Wish there was a competitor

Can't even give an appointment time. We have to wait the entire day!!!! Spectrum was able to give a 1 hour window for connection. Service is terrible with this company and they just give you rehearsed answers.
