Three of the four people who work there are incredibly pleasant and great to work with, but there is one that ruins the whole place. This particular woman rudely talks over customers, never stops talking while often not getting to the point, and is overall both infuriating and insufferable. Unfortunately the USPS lacks communication with its customers and the hours of operation for this location are very inconvenient. For these reasons I’ve closed my P.O. Box and I cannot recommend this place at all unless you’re retired and can go to the post office during unconventional business hours.

Very limited hours, uneducated or untrained employees. Or maybe they just really don’t care.

Unfortunately we have had so many problems from finding mail in our ditch, not delivering packages, leaving packages by the road instead of our door, leaving the mailbox open, putting packages on top of our mailbox, putting mail with packages thrown right by the road and on a rainy day, cramming packages in our mailbox and damaging what’s inside, breaking the flag on the mailbox. Called each time to try and resolve these things, but they told us there’s nothing they can do about it. We have talked to several other neighbors and they have the same problems and from looking at the reviews of a rating of 2.8 it definitely seems like we’re not the only ones.

I experienced the worse customer service today by Mary at the Troutman post office. She was rude, condescending and only wanted to help customers she knew. The other employee had to go back and ask to her to assist with customers waiting. The other employee Tonya was amazing and went out of her way to help customers. Unfortunately after what I experienced today I will gladly drive to the Mooresville post office as they know what customer service means.

Carrier in Sanders Ridge is terrible. Government inefficiency at it's finest.

The Windstone Crossing, Troutman, NC postal worker has delivered 2 of my packages this year to an incorrect mailbox putting me out over $100. Last week he delivered a large oversized cardboard envelope full of photos that said "DO NOT BEND", folded it in half and shoved it in my regular box, ruiningeverything inside if it.

They are always kind and considerate. Grateful to have a nice little post office to go to close to home.

Worst mail carrier I ever had right now. Amazon message says my package was scanned and left in my mailbox but package is nowhere to be found???? Also get magazines sent in plastic sleeves that are ripped and magazine nowhere to be found. Pathetic service!

Grossly incompetent. I sent a letter to South Carolina 9 days ago that still has not yet reached it's destination. Absolutely unacceptable. Can't even get somebody to answer the 800 number to help me. Just automated computerized garbage.

I went in to buy a stamp and mail a letter and before I left, the lady postal worker said," Next time you come in after 4:15 pm and the door is unlocked, it's because I didn't get a chance to lock it. We close at 4:15. You know what I mean?" I apologized that I had not noticed the time. As I left, I heard her tell two other customers, "What do y'all want, so I can lock up". First of all, if leaving work on time is important to you, take time to lock the doors at 4:15pm. Second, don't speak to customers rudely because you failed to close on time. What has happened to "customer service" in this nation?

Troutman Post office does a horrible job...They have signed my name on a $5000.00 package and left on my porch. They never pick up packages as requested on line. They charge for a day service and yet pkgs get delivered 30 days later. Terrible!!

The unprofessionalism of the staff and the carriers are unbelievable. Another fine example of a government run facility!! On a scale from 1 to 10, no they don’t even make the scale .

Everyone there goes beyond what there job requires. Mary has been there a long time and she treats her customers all the same. I don’t care who you are you will be very well taken care of. It’s a joy to be able to go there because everyone there treats you the same way with up most respect no matter what color you are. I think no I know it’s the best Post Office around here.
