Hands down the easiest and most efficient vehicle purchase we have ever made. James Crane was our salesman and he was exceptional from the first call to driving off the lot and would reach out to him again. We drove 4.5 hrs and it was well worth our time. We had the pleasure of working with James at Stott's Ford to purchase a certified Ford F350. We could not have been happier with the experience. My husband and I agreed this was the most pleasant buying experience we have ever had. James was honest, friendly and worked hard to get us in the truck we wanted at an AMAZING price. The finance department was efficient and we felt zero pressure, which is rare. We could not be happier; it was well worth the trip from Lake Hartwell to deal with Stott's. We have decided we will be customers for life. Highly recommend.

Did not have a pleasant experience with James. He at time was short and very rude. I had my bank to call up there to get a purchase order. They were going to write a check for the amount we agreed on. 2 hours past and I called the bank back. They said James hadn't called back. So I called the dealership . That's when the deal went bad. I canceled my offer. I would not buy anything associated with him.

I’ve worked at 2 Ford dealerships in my career and no other dealership treats customers as well as Stott’s. We have bought New and Pre-Owned from them and each time they are great to work with. We even drive an hour to let them do service because the one’s around my house aren’t as good or treat people as well.

I had a recall. I did not buy from Scott's but had heard good things. I called the service Department and they sent a tow to pick my F150 up. After it became clear this was going to be extended due to parts backorder, they provided me with a loaner. They called with updates. They called to check how loaner was doing. They serviced all outstanding recalls. Got my inspection done. Put in a new battery at no cost to me as truck sat so long it was weak.
This is an example of how a dealership should work. I will assure you you can get bigger but never a better dealership. I hope to do business with them for years to come.
