“I have used this location many times and he has been great. I have also witnessed this last week a lady on the phone with him upset because she couldn't get a tow dolly he was nice and to the point told her she would have to call around because he didn't have one.”
“These folks are the best, always helpful and I've found that Budget is the best deal going. I've used another brand (and you know who I'm talking about) and Budget has the cleanest and best maintained trucks by far. Just did yet another cross country trip in a 16 ft truck and though it was a tad uncomfortable not to be able to lean the seat back, it wasn't too bad at all. Getting in and out of the truck isn't for short or bad kneeded folks though but that goes for any larger truck. It drove well, new tires, smooth ride, even got around 12 mpg if we stayed at 60 to 65 mph stopping little between fill ups. Handled just fine. Don't forget to mention if you're an AARP or AAA member, there are discounts to be had. Nothing wrong with this truck and certainly nothing wrong with renting from Budget, they're a very good company to work with. Don't use "the other guys," you'll be sorry at best.”

“Me and my mother rented a U-Haul and it was very clean and the customer service was quick snd was very great and respectful, I would highly recommend them, the location is in the hardware store, very nice place to browse around also.”
