My family attended a two week training and it was fantastic. The childrens program was likewise fantastic. The facilitators were knowledgeable and great to work with. The facilities were nice. Overall a great experience!

The unity, community & learning that you will experience is ESSENTIAL for going to the field. As already a TCK & dual national I was skeptical I would take away much, but it was so encouraging, uplifting & you form connections that could last a lifetime

From Center for Intercultural Training
The Center for Intercultural Training (CIT) is a partnership of missional agencies, churches, and organizations dedicated to training and equipping cross-cultural workers and their families for cross-cultural ministry.
Courses are designed to meet the needs of both individuals and families preparing to serve or returning from service in cross-cultural setting. Age-adjusted Children's programs are offered to compliment the adult tracks.
While taking courses, participants live on CITʼs 28-acre campus located near the mountains of western North Carolina. The quiet campus provides the ideal environment to build cross-cultural awareness and skills in a community-based learning environment.
