About The Wash Shop

The Wash Shop offers affordable manual wand washes with good pressure. However, customers report significant issues with equipment reliability. Multiple reviews mention bays and card readers being out of order, with machines taking money without starting the wash. Vacuums are also reported as not working properly. A soapy residue that rinsing cannot remove is another common complaint. While there is an on-site ATM, customer service for refunds appears unresponsive. Overall, the experience is often disappointing despite the functional wash pressure.

The one bay with a card reader was roped off. The lady in the bay next to me put money in and the wash wouldn't start.
