A++ Highly recommend. Just got back from 2 years in Europe, moved to Vass. Was not sure about groomers in the area, tried Five Points. Was absolutely floored by service and quality. Our fur-baby, Charlotte (mini Schnauzer), had some previous cuts that were less than desirable, but Five Points took care of her and made her beautiful again. I also brought my cat princess, Raven, to get a little pampering with nail clips and brushing (impromptu), but they gave her some love-no problem, too. Thank you Five Points team!!!

I have been taking my dogs to Five Points Pet Resort at Vass for over 7 years now. I have never had even a small complaint! They take care of the dogs very well! Very thankful for this business!

My dog Buddy has always loved staying at Five Points in Vass! He gets a lot of play time with the staff and with other puppies. When we had to extend his time there on short notice, Kristin was professional and assured me that everything would be ok and that Buddy would be ready to be picked up.

Moving to North Carolina has been made so much better thanks to this amazing place. The level of care and attention they give to our furry family members is truly exceptional. My 2-year-old Doberman, is always happy and has a fantastic time every visit. It's clear the staff genuinely loves animals—their creative events and thoughtful schedules are not only fun but incredibly heartwarming. I’m so grateful for the way they’ve welcomed and embraced Gray!

Clove is my pot hound and she loves 5Points she couldn’t have been happier this hot summer with their water fountain and grass area to play in and stay cool. She had plenty of time to play and then come in and have her bone and rest on her nice bed with her own blanket. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Will answer any questions and will return phone calls promptly. I highly recommend 5Points to everyone And they’re furry friends.

I was very worried about leaving my dog in a new place. This place was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable leaving her! They had cameras so I could check in and answered any time I called to check in with someone! She seemed to have so much fun and was so happy. Definitely plan to go back and let her vacay!

The staff went above and beyond by guiding me to get my dog's vaccinations updated with minimal inconvenience. The groom was fabulous, a cut above the big box store grooming. He is so handsome now!
