Materials are high quality. Super fast shipping. I made a mistake and ordered way too much spline (I was delirious by the time I ordered. I was trying to order for a DIY cabinet hack) I called and spoke to Deidra. She was very pleasant and helped in adjusting my order. I received my order within 2 days of placing the order. Suzanne and her staff are very helpful and friendly. Her materials are high quality and always in stock. I called ahead to have them put my order together since I was nearby. In her shop she has baskets that she made with the patterns available. For me it is always best to see a sample of the basket I am trying to make since the photo does not show details as well as I need them. I have only been making badly for a few years and she has always been kind and helpful.
