“We needed my car towed from our house to a shop and Hampton's was able to get it out of the drive in spite of limited space. Additionally, even though I verified with the shop both that my car was on the schedule and that there would be a place to park it the day before, once the tow truck got to the shop there was no room for it. Hampton's was able to find another good shop to take my car to instead on the fly. 10/10 do recommend. It's never fun to need a tow, but Hampton's made it a good experience at an affordable price.”
“Went in since I was having issues with my Truck and Andrew and Tyler both assisted me and got me a part in and we did look at my truck and thought we fixed it but it’s fine I appreciate the effort. If Boone are hiring superb excellent men like them two then kudos to who hired them! Both of them need raises or be considered as managers I’ve had about 10 years in customer service and can tell you that you don’t find quality workers like them two. My car's Airconditioner would turn off after 1.5 hours. If I stopped for gas ,then restarted the car ,it worked for an hour ...and so on.
Apparently I need to check my Freon level and add some if low.
I barely know where the hood of a car is ( kidding ) ..but Justine could not have been more helpful.
This employee did what every boss/employer would want from an employee.Justin , guided me through every step.
