But just days latter we encountered the same issues plus more. For 5 months now we have ask for a new sofa or our money back with no response but they will contact the manufacturer. While holding a 5 year extended warranty bought from them the day of purchase. Communication has been a one way only street. Waiting, Waiting, Waiting no more.* Update : The store manager contacted us and we discussed all of the options available. Thank you for fixing the problem.”
