Unfortunately the repairs required they were unable to take care of but they gave me recommendation and didn't charge me for the fee to test for the problem. The were great at trying to solve the problem. I highly recommend taking your care for service there. The were very honest and willing to figure the problem out for you.”

“Ricky and the other guys had me in and out! Very fair prices as well. Fixed my replaced my ignition coil in an hour, and even let me drop headlight issues on them last minute and then proceeded to replace those as well. I will be back if and when I have any issues in the future. Highly recommend.”

I was told by someone to take it to monkey wrench automotive and let them diagnose it. I took it, they found the problem and fixed it. “I came to this place last minute when I found out I had a flat tire. I called them first and they told me they would call me back when they checked if they had the tire I needed at their warehouse. I’m used to companies not calling me back but they did and were having it delivered same day to their shop for me. It took a couple hours for it to be delivered and I had my car towed there. I was there for maybe less than an hour they got my car in as quickly as possible and changed my tire very quick. While I waited I talked to the guy up front and learned a lot about this place. It’s family owned run by a father and his two sons. I’m a big talker and he continued to have conversation with me and didn’t have me feel like I was annoying him. My husband and I are new to the area and we’ve always wanted to find a local auto shop that doesn’t try to sell you on things you don’t need and take your money. This place is exactly that! Not once did they try to sell me other things my car didn’t needed, all they did was change my tire like I requested. I highly recommend coming here! I will be returning with my other car as well!”

“I have a ‘18 Volvo that has only 36k miles & there is really no true dedicated Volvo dealer garage in town that caters to Volvo owners like I had in other locations. I’m used to having loaner cars & drop in service. Volvo’s appts are now one month out. Auto plus takes me immediately every time and their prices are 100% fair. They don’t find multiple things to fix which weren’t broken. They fix the problem the right way the first time for a fair price and it’s done RIGHT! Auto Plus is one of the best neighborhood garages around. I highly recommend them for everything even on my foreign car. Call ahead if you want to make appt and ask for Tiffany. Tell them Robin referred you. Honestly, I won’t take my car anywhere else. They are courteous, explain everything & will repair your vehicle right the first time. You will NOT be disappointed with Auto Plus. What a gem we have in Eastover NC!!!”

Jim even called prior to me arriving to make sure I was okay, and didn’t break down somewhere (because it took longer for me to leave the house than anticipated.) So kind and caring! “We were on I95 towing our camper, and my RF wheel bearing went out. We were close to the exit where Parkers was located. I called them at 1:00 pm, and limped my truck to their shop. They went OUT of their way to get us back on the road. We were back on I95 by 5:00 and COULDNT BE ANY HAPPIER! If you need ANYTHING done, this is the shop to go to! I am a retired GM tech, and do know what it takes to repair my truck. Under the circumstances I couldn't. But I was SOOOOO lucky to stumble upon Parkers on the road. Mike is an angel. “I had a horrendous sound coming from my front driver's side tire. I was on I-95 heading back to the Raleigh area. I stopped and googled a tire shop on my route. Dunn Tire appeared. I headed to their shop, hoping they would be able to check my car. They graciously said they would check it out. I patiently waited for my turn. They had other appointments but were able to see my car. My lug nuts were very loose on my front tire and slightly loose on my other tires. That could have been very dangerous! They tightened them up and did not charge me one penny!! They were such nice people! If I lived in Dunn, I would visit them again!”
