Whenever I had to purchase I did have a kind of complaint when my husband needed to return a part and he couldn't because I had the card which working at One before you don't need the same exact card so she was just trying to be funny with him. However, after I made an hour and a half job we did finally get refunded. Very frustrating but the lady was just doing her job and getting everything done correctly”
