After 4 months of this company supposedly working on my stihl weedeater, saying they had to replace the carburetor. Come to find out after taking it to another stihl certified company, all it needed was a clean air filter and adjustment. Saved me some serious money and time. Had it ready less than a week and runs better than ever. Don't trust this company! They will take your money for less than quality work and dishonest!

Stay away!! Over 3 months waiting for our professional grade Stihl weedeater to have the carburetor replaced without the first phone call to provide any update to us. (While waiting, had to go buy another weedeater due to owning mowing business). We made several calls checking status but received multiple/different excuses. Final excuse was that the part had been on backorder all this time. Then charged us to release our property back to us. (Stihl denies any backorder situation for that part). One or two phone calls to update us would've made a world of difference in this situation. Not charging us to pick up our property that had been held hostage over 3 months would've also gone a long way in an effort of service recovery & customer service. Someone would benefit from a business management course!

I had an excellent experience at Pinkston's in Wadesboro. Erin Beth was fantastic. She took her time with me, answering all my questions thoroughly and made thoughtful suggestions to get me exactly the right equipment for me. I highly recommend Pinkston's. They have an incredible selection of equipment (Toro Stihl Hustler Gravely and Ariens), parts, service and they deliver! Great staff, great people!

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I drove over 2 hours to the Pinkston lawn mower store located in Wadesboro NC to buy a new mower that was listed by Erin Beth on Marketplace. I contacted her on a Saturday afternoon, which was after closing and within an hour she responded to my inquiry and gave me all of the details including the “out the door price”, which was significantly lower than any other dealer in the state. I called Pinkston’s on the following Monday and to my surprise, Erin Beth answered the phone and not only reserved the machine for pick up on Wednesday, but assured me that it would be held for me. Coming from a big city I was skeptical of not only the price accuracy, but also whether the mower would be there when I showed up on Wednesday and not sold prior to my arrival. When I arrived, I found out that everything was legitimate, and not only was Erin at the location to assist me with the completion of the purchase, but I also found out that she was the owner. There were numerous machines in the showroom as well as the outside showroom. The place was clean and the staff were super friendly. I loaded up the mower and headed back home. When I arrived at home the mower ran great but suddenly lost power and would not run as it did when I picked it up. I suddenly had a lump in my throat and I called Pinkston’s to relay the issue with the mower. Erin had me speak to her technician, who advised that someone from Pinkston’s would be coming to pick it up the next day. I was stunned at the immediate attention that I was being given and I said to the technician “you know I am over two hours away don’t you?” and I heard Erin tell the technician that they were aware of the location and would pick up the mower. Falling back on my big city mindset I doubted that they would come get it because I was so far away. Once again Pinkston’s proved me wrong by not only picking it up the next day, but fixing what ended up being a minor problem and redelivering it to me the following day. If you want to become the most important customer, shop at Pinkston’s lawn mower store where they take customer service literally . . . especially after the sale! I am so grateful to have found this dealership! Thank you, Erin and Mike, for making such a huge purchase worry free!

The farm bought a Gravely Mach One with the high volume output deck and it has been the best cutting mower we have owned. We dealt with Erin and she was great to deal with. We have also bought all of our still products from them too. Any service we have had done was done timely and done right.

All the people at Pinkston's just make sense. From finding a mower that fit my needs/wants, to getting the lawn mower to my house. Pinkstons did it without hesitation. Erin, Jarren, and Michael made a big purchase as easy as it can be. I look forward to the next time I'm shopping for equipment, I won't waste my time and always go straight to Pinkston's. Being a local business is one thing, being a family business from 1955, and shown through the conversation with Michael, really made a difference beyond getting the mower to my door. Thank you!

I called the store about a particular (Ariens) zero turn mower asking questions & ended up going into the Wadesboro location & dealt with Erin Beth. She was phenomenal! She actually walked around with me, showed me features on each mower & really made the whole process so easy! She answered every question that was asked & offered me her professional insight on which mower would be the best for my property (& it wasn't the most expensive ?)! I made the purchase & they delivered the next day. The girl that delivered answered all my questions & watched me run the mower to make sure I knew what to do. She was very professional & nice! Very rarely do you find a store that provides such wonderful 1 on 1 service! I will buy from them again & will also let them service & repair my mower when needed! Thanks Erin Beth!! I absolutely love my new mower!!
