Containers are super well built and sturdy, solid doors. Staff was attentive and friendly. Price was actually extremely competitive. If you need to move a bunch of stuff in a box, Use them.

For the most part, it works out fine. We ended up using Pack-Rat because the storage facility has some climate control. Both delivery people are super skilled and friendly. But my final pick up date was changed from a Saturday to Monday without any notice or communication. And you have to wait a long time to talk to someone... read full comment
