While driving, I got a shimmy in the rear of my Dodge Dakota. I called AAA at 11:00 am. They told me the road service would be there by 1:45. I called again at 2:00. They said it was on the way and would be there by 2:20. At 2:30 they still had not arrived. Called again. This time the driver said he would be there by 2:45. He arrived at 2:55. He was a very pleasant, nice man. He dropped my truck at AAA about 4:00 and they started working inon it the next day. A rear emergency brake had stuck and was dragging a rear wheel. They gave me a quote of $2100, which included new front brakes too. They finally finished 3 days later. When I picked it up, the brake pedal was soft. It went almost all the way to the floor. They assured me that they had test driven it and everything was good. They pulled it back in the shop and changed the brake fluid again. Still soft pedal. Second time changing fluid. It still was soft, but better. I said that I would dive it home, but told them I w ould take it to my own mechanic if needed. They said that I had to bring it back to them. ( Over 50 miles away.) After further discussion they said I could take it to any mechanic that was associated with AAA. Terrible service. The only good thing I can say about them is they did pull it back in and continue to work on it. ( I guess they didn't want a lawsuit if my brakes failed.). A week later the pedal is still soft, although better. I will give it more time before I take it to my regular mechanic. I will upgrade the review if the problem works its way out.

So my hybrid 12 volt battery died. Sam's club doesn't have these. Tried aaa (we have been members for 30+ years) .Initial greeting was " I think I just sold the last one". Another service person actually checks . They had more in stock. Quoted 260for battery, 75.99 for installation, 27 for supplies, plus tax ++++. 390.00. Claimed it was a difficult install. When asked, they explained supplies as just a charge like terminal cleaners ( on a new battery??). Wouldn't sell parts only because of warranty issues. Walked out, called Leith and got a battery for 191.00. I installed it in 13 minutes.. with 7 year warranty. I don't do this for a living and they call this difficult. They lost a customer and credibility in less than 5 minutes. They call this a club??

DYWANE... IS THE MECHANIC, I dropped off my car to have ONE AND I REPEAT ONE PROBLEM FIXED! I was charged 1,488 and received my car back with exact SAME PROBLEM! I'm thinking they'll fix it as it was the SAME PROBLEM OCCURRING. NOPE TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER 1,300 TO GET SAID PROBLEM RESOLVED. I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN HAD! I have 2 pages of things supposedly fixed. And the things they called themselves fixing did not have a issue!!!I'm disappointed and feel like they're getting over on women. Don't take your car here unless you're rich and have money to burn!!

My fiance & I came to triple A Wake Forest for a wheel alignment, unfortunately when we left the shop the problem was not fixed! We met with the manager Duane Sayaloune, he was awesome, very understanding and wanted to resolve the problem. After listening to our concerns he refunded our money! Duane thanks again for working for us!

They were super friendly and there was a pretty serious miscommunication but it was resolved and I'm happy about the outcome. So 5 stars for friendly service!

Nice office with tons to offer. Not just discounted tickets but they also have a full auto repair shop attached. AAA members also get a discount on car services. Services are comparable to other shops but after the discount it usually ends up being cheaper. If you need anything for your car make sure to come and see what they have to offer, you won't be disappointed.

Dropped off my vehicle for a complicated heater core replacement. On my vehicle you have to remove the entire dashboard to access the heater core for the replacement. Due to complications that could have not been AAA's fault, they had the vehicle for 8 days. I received the truck back and noticed a series of items that weren't working that were working before AAA got the vehicle: the driver's door lock and unlock button no longer functioned, the back up collision warning alarm no longer worked, and the fan that heated and cooled the truck's cab ran on full blast and could not be turned off or turned down. Additionally, there was a large gouge in the paint on the front passenger door.I returned the truck to them the following Saturday and told him I'd be out of town and would be back on the following Thursday, which is today, I just got off the phone with them and the truck is not ready for pickup. I found this very disappointing.I found room to excuse some of the small errors made reinstalling the dash in where some of the functions weren't fully restored. However, having the truck an additional 4 days and not being able to address these issues is unacceptable.Note, I'm leaving this review before I'm in possession of my vehicle knowing that these reviews can be amended. In the end they had the vehicle for an additional 7 days, Saturday to Saturday. It was difficult not having the truck for the 14 or 15 days they had it in total. Everything appears to be working properly now. And during the period of this repair, the shop changed to a new manager. He's an experienced gentleman and he seemed like a relatively good fellow. He didn't charge me for an additional repair they felt they needed to make and I wish them luck in the future.

Holly helped me get my international drivers license last second. She was friendly, relatable and great at multitasking as she had another customer that was needing assistance as well. Thank you, Holly!

I appreciate the quality of work and customer service. However, I dislike the fact that they operate like dealers--always finding additional things that need repair. You won’t be pressured, but it can be stressful hearing that this newly discovered issue MIGHT become a problem. Ultimately this is a business practice driven by AAA not staff. It’s upselling or suggestive retail. Each repair includes separe labor charges. Labor costs are usually more than parts so this is where shops make their money.

If you have a AAA towing membership it is absolutely useless they take hours on end to even give you an idea of when someone’s will be there you can speak directly to a representative without first being on the phone for 20 mins and they have even canceled my service while I’m stuck on the side of the road and didn’t notify me of anything so I call back and place yet another request and I’m stuck at the same place I started if I would recommend any other towing membership over them
